It's been quite a while since I've written so much in my diary, I thought I would feel better, having complete transparency in unloading my thoughts, but sadly, I don't feel any better. I find myself aching for some form of salvage, even more so. Something reliable.

It's 5am, I want to sleep but I'm too awake from all that thinking, I'd go take a walk.

    Do some Yoga, it helps to calm down frantic mind & soothe negativity thoughts.
